Recently it was a neck problem and after visiting her I was able to feel great relief and managed to go on a short holiday. Her treatment of my condition has been brilliant. It has included stretches and strengthening exercises so I can manage the injured area well myself. I now go for monthly top-up sessions. I would highly recommend Alison to you for your injury and rehabilitation. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and I feel incredibly safe in her hands. It has been nearly 17 years, Alison Judah, (DO, DPO,BSc(Ost) DP.O) has been keeping me agile, minimising injuries from my running, hashing, walking and gardening, singing and playing the piano etc. It is rather fortunate we first met at London Hash House Harriet. Under her guidance I have avoided severe injuries. Ever since, over the years, she has treated me Effectively for my ankle injuries, Achilles tendon pain, knee injuries and back ache, shoulder injuries and neck injuries.

It is really important that Alison Judah is available to provide immediate rapid responses in diagnosing the ‘the problem”, provide treatment, monitor the progress and provide “self care” and especially on things I should not do to deepen the injuries. (NHS only can see me in 2 or 3 weeks time).
I particularly appreciative and relief that when I was abroad climbing Machu Picchu that she can be approached, if I sustain any injuries, via video link.

These services on “tap” in my experience are made possible by Alison Judah’s multiple and flexible Mode of provision of Care. An effective blend of consultation and treatment are delivered via Telephone, video and face to face contact and written reports.  History of injury,, what I can do and what I can’t do and the nature and source of pain etc are thoroughly explored by Alison Judah. Video of the 'exercises' are demonstrated by her. I have to carry out them out and she observed me doing them. Many face to face sessions are carried out by her that I particularly appreciative. I truly treasured.

In addition, her monitoring of my progress of healing and being healthy are important for me to live my life to the full. Hence after 17 years I am still able to do: Running, walking, gardening, singing at concert, playing the piano and travelling the world etc.

I am very impressed with her approach to holistic care; her analytical skills, her practical skills and her ever increasing knowledge as an Osteopath. She is really worthy of the title of Consultant.
